Welcome to Real Pandit, a platform that connects users with certified pandits for religious ceremonies and rituals. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the platform, including our website, app, and services.

2. Definitions

• You or User: Anyone who uses or accesses this platform.
• Service Provider or Pandit: Genuine, verified priests who offer their services via our platform.
• Services: Pujas, religious ceremonies, and associated services provided by pandits.
• Booking: Reservation of a pandit's services via our platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use a few features of the platform, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide correct and complete information during the time of registration.
• Maintain your account information and its security.
• In the event of unauthorised access, notify us immediately without any delay.
• You will be held accountable for the activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Booking Services

4.1 Booking a Service

When you book a puja, ritual, consultation, or any other service through Real Pandit, you agree to the following:

• The booking is made directly with the selected Service Provider through the Real Pandit platform.
• The service fee displayed at the time of booking is the amount payable unless otherwise mentioned.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including the service location, preferred date and time, and any specific requirements.
• You agree to be available at the scheduled time and ensure the necessary arrangements or puja materials are ready, where applicable.
• Any delays or changes from your end should be communicated in advance, as they may affect the scheduled service.

4.2 Our Role

Real Pandit serves as a technology platform that connects devotees with experienced and verified pandits, priests, astrologers, and other spiritual experts.

Our responsibilities include:

• Onboarding and verifying Service Providers through our internal process.
• Enabling users to discover, compare, and book services.
• Processing payments securely.
• Providing customer support for bookings and platform-related concerns.

Real Pandit does not employ Service Providers. They operate independently and remain solely responsible for the services they provide. While we strive to maintain quality standards, we cannot guarantee individual experiences or the outcome of any religious or spiritual service.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices displayed on Real Pandit are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Service charges may vary depending on factors such as the type of service, location, duration, availability, or the selected Service Provider.
• Payments can be made through the payment options available on the Platform, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and supported digital wallets.
• Unless specifically mentioned, payment is required at the time of booking. Once a transaction is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation through the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

By using Real Pandit, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Violate the rights or privacy of any individual or organization.
• Upload or share content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to access restricted parts of the Platform without authorization.
• Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.
• Harass, threaten, or mistreat any Service Provider, user, or member of our support team.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Real Pandit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, website design, and other materials, is owned by Real Pandit or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without obtaining prior written permission from Real Pandit.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

Our collection, storage, and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

Real Pandit provides a platform that facilitates access to religious, spiritual, and astrology-related services.

• The Platform does not guarantee any specific religious, spiritual, personal, financial, or life outcome resulting from consultations, rituals, pujas, or other services offered through the Platform.
• All services are provided based on the knowledge, traditions, and expertise of the individual Service Provider. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment while using these services.
• The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Real Pandit, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

In any event, our total liability for claims relating to the Platform or its services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Real Pandit during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

Whenever significant updates are made, the revised version will be published on the Platform along with the updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Real Pandit after such updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.
